Yeah...and how awesome would it be to see us listed in the Top 25 rankings? It's been a decent decade of football, but could have been even better with more visionary and risk-taking leadership. Just look at Colorado State's willingness to join the Pac 2. Risky? Yes. Visionary? Yes.

This might slow things down a bit …
The MWC needs to add schools and then do a GoR, too much uncertainty right now.
I think the GOR thing was just speculation. The current deal expires in 2026. I do think there is some negotiating going on and it involves the immediate cash dispersal from the poaching and exit fees.
Likely a bit of tug of war between AAC and MWC over AFA, and possibly with UNLV as well. It feels like a play to try to pay those guys out to stick around a while.
It’s smart for MWC to do what they can to leverage the exit fees and basketball credits to stop the bleeding so to speak.
While exit fees often get negotiated, not sure GoR have truly been tested in a courtroom setting yet. In theory, they could extend beyond the end of the current media deal, and are helpful to setup the next deal.
Believe the PAC 6 have already agreed to their own (5 year?) GoR to set the stage for media negotiations.
Tulane, USF and Memphis all just backed up their commitment to remain with the AAC. I guess PAC will turn to the MWC again and/or some Texas schools.
PAC adds Gonzaga....
