One of the kickers I thought NDSU would go after has committed to D2 Northern State University. I'm a little disappointed as Evan Nolte has won many different regional kicking events and was ranked one of the top kickers in the region.
I think there is a rule that you can only take on 25 new kids per class? Am I correct on that? If so, we are pretty close. Gonna be fun in a couple of years when these last two classes have some experience.
I know that is scholarship athletes and I'm not sure if that applies at the FCS level. I know that is the rule at the FBS level.Quote:
