I have no idea what is going on in that negotiation but were I guess the outcome, SDSU will probably stick around for 2 more seasons to avoid the 35 million dollar exit fee. San Diego St to the PAC is the exception, not the rule, and it created a huge mess for them with all the letters and parsing of whether they are actually leaving or staying.
