Ya got me on "linear" but it's the term used on a different forum that I haunt. It's both cable and OTA (see: Fox, CBS, et al).

Netflix has more subscribers than all the cable companied have cable subscribers... combined.

Right, again, because it costs $10/month. They are not apples to apples.
Streaming services may be the way of the future, but if the P12 goes to Netflix in 2024, the conference itself will instead be history.
If it was the B10 or SEC, sure. They could make it work and hell they may earn even more money doing so. The eyeballs will follow them because they have to due to their relevancy. The P12 is dead in the water floating towards irrelevancy, being the first conference to jump to streaming isn’t going to help them.

I agree. And when somebody says that WYATT EARP is a better movie, a fun thing to do is ask them for a quote from it.

A quote? I couldn't remember the cast without Googling.

Dennis Quade's portrayal of Doc is also very good. Different kind of movie and a different kind of character. For what it is, it's a good movie. Problem is, it's like a lot of other movies that are similar in tone and characters. Tombstone is just too fucking awesome for what it is and Kilmer's Holiday is the most quotable, badass western antihero ever to grace the silver screen. It's just not a fair fight to even attempt to compare the two directly.... Just my $0.02.

I’ve tried watching it a number of times and just couldn’t finish. And who is saying it’s a better movie? I’ve never heard this once?

Right on the heels of the most badass Wyatt Earp moment of the whole show.
