Idaho wins on last second FG. Griz got handled by winless NAU.
OSU-ND game is a good old fashioned game. 10-7 going into the fourth quarter.
Montana State @ Weber State
Bobcats looking to reaffirm their top 3 rank - so far so good
20-0 in 3rd quarter. Last two games against Weber were in Bozeman
Classic Craig Bohl game. Wyoming was losing to App State 14-19 and blocked a 47-yard fg and returned it for a td. Got the 2-point conversion to go up 22-19. Defense held the last two minutes for the win.
Prime’s press conference made me dislike him even more. On the surface he comes off as saying the right things but if you listen to when a question actually upsets him he starts to deflect or blame his players.
No talent gap my ass!!! He said the same shit in the FCS claiming his teams were better than NDSU etc
His shit will only get him so far. Sooner or later you can’t lie your way around a 5-6 win team.
I seriously think he believes his rah rah bullshit will somehow make his players Supermen.
“Take note, this is the worst we are going to be”. lol wait until next week coach.

The Griz aren't just bad; that single digit win against DII Ferris State should have been an indication of big trouble in Grizdom. When a highly thought of recruit from Kalispell doesn't choose Missoula or, for that matter, Bozeman, the "Great Bobby Hauck 2.0 Experiment" is about over. If the Griz end up 6-5, 5-6 or 4-7 (it could happen), there will be blood in the streets.
Coach Vigen & Co make an adjustment.
Montana State ends up winning 40-0 over #10 Weber State.
Sean Chambers 8/17, 172 yards, 2 TD’s.

We’re used to an MSU offense that’s in shotgun, outside zone rushing, & RPO. With Mellott out, Chambers has mostly been under center, utilizing play-action effectively where the D can’t see the ball as well w/ the QB turning his back. Chambers is a smoother passer in this look

Mellott is still the guy when he’s back from injury, but mixing in this look more might be the best bet to get more dynamic through the air in order to beat tier 1 teams
Notre Dame only puts 10 players on the field for their final 2 defensive plays in their last second loss to Ohio St. They called their final timeout before the first of those 2 plays and there was 37 seconds of real time in between those 2 plays. That is some all-time coaching ineptitude. I shudder thinking about the type of meltdown Bisonville would have if Entz and company did something like that.
