They both have fantastic fanbases and are some of the few FCS schools with a pulse, and they’re nearby and we already have established a sort of rivalry with both of them.

They're LITERALLY the only other schools in the FCS outside of the Dakotas to actually desire to win, have more than 4 fans, and have any sort of history with NDSU.

Because Bozeman and Missoula are both awesome places to visit with great venues to watch a game. Their fan bases are passionate and very similar to ours. Give me Montana/Montana St over any of the MAC schools.

Lots. They aren't anywhere nearby, they've combined had 3 good years in 15. I would love to never play either of those JV schools ever again.

I don't want to be in a conference with any FCS schools, and that includes the Montanas.
