If I read this correctly, P5s makes so much money that they don’t really need any state funds

So … since G5 and FCS are now feeder schools for the P5 talent, how about we tax P5 profits a bit to ease the burden at the lower levels

I think he's suggesting through the NCAA, almost like a luxury tax or revenue sharing in the professional leagues

There are no profits. 100% of the revenue from the big boy schools gets put into the program for things like fancy players lounges, nutrition programs. etc.
