I like this spot for him because he will get good coaching. I wanted him to go to the Chiefs so he could work with Andy Reid but this will do.

In an interview in Philly he said he discusses the game plan every week before the game with his wife and decides to operate based on his wife's suggestions and holy spirit. Wentz signed for just a bit over the vet minimum. 1.16 mil/yr which will be prorated so he won’t even cost the rams over a mil.
Crazy the Jets/Vikings could of added him for that and passed. Hope he gets an opportunity to make some GMs look dumb.

Can't speak to the Jets situation but right now the Passtronaut hire is not looking overly dumb down here in the purple zone.

He’s been playing pretty meh all season in AZ. They also let him go for next to nothing. Im not seeing a savior. He’s pretty average imo. Fortunately the Vikes have a solid line and couple playmakers (Addison/Hokenson).

Not sure the Vikes were looking for a savior, they were looking for a competent QB who was already in game shape and had been playing, that's it. No one in that building believes they are going to win the Super Bowl.

I spend very little mindshare on the NFL so my first reaction when this was announced was "Who?". He did make a splash though. To your point regarding tools, Jefferson is likely to return at some point this season too.
I would have been most pleased to see Carson playing here. Failing that though I hope he enjoys success and continued good health in LA LA land.
