K: Adam Viniateri (SDSU), Jan Stenerud (Montana State), Errol Mann (UND)
Marching Band: Grambling - they performed at Super Bowl I.
Note: I ran out of time before I could finish a first draft - I couldn't find an "all-time all-NCC team" anywhere either (just as well, I'd probably not be happy that Jeff Bentrim and Chris Simdorn were honorable mentions or something.)
The best team NDSU faced might be the San Diego State team that beat NDSU 36-0 in 1966. They had FIVE players drafted in the first two rounds of the draft.

Missing JJ Watt & Antonio Brown

Antonio Brown, yes, but I don't think I'd put JJ Watt on there because he didn't start and was a non-factor at TE in Central Michigan's beat down.
Re: All-Time, All-Opponent Team
Random fun fact about the Iowa TEs in 2016. Kittle was their starter, Noah Fant had 9 receptions in 6 games, and TJ Hockenson redshirted.
That's an insane level of TE Talent on one college roster.
Re: All-Time, All-Opponent Team
What’s awesome about that list is that we dominated that opposing all star team. At corner Iowas Desmond King, UNI had a corner that played pro ball and Illinois state had a safety that I think starts in nfl. Also Ill st TE oshaunessy playing pro ball
Re: All-Time, All-Opponent Team
Delware LB Reeder starts for the super bowl champs
Re: All-Time, All-Opponent Team
Recency bias would put QB Rhett Bomar on the list for me. I have to admit I had to look up Don Horn.

I concur with Rhett Bomar. He was like watching a 9th grader playing on a team of 4th graders.
I'd also fit Jerick McKinnon on my version of the list (but as a running back not a QB).

I thought about Rhett Bomar but our defense was not as outstanding back then... but I'll allow it*. :) I mean, in 2009 SHSU had a QB pass for almost 500 yards and rush for a bunch more and I can't even remember his name.
Added Bomar, Breitenstein, and several others.
* By allow it, I meant "whoops, should have had him on there.")
