The wrestling team heads to Northwestern University this weekend for a tournament. The following teams will be there:

Badass tournament with a lot of tradition.

Trent Sprenkle finished 8th at 125
Steve Monk is wrestling for 3rd/4th place at 157

Right now the Bison are in 16th place with 41.5 points

Monk gives up a reversal late and loses 7-6 in the 3rd place match.

Monk is only a sophmore....has the potential to be a National Champion someday. You just don't see cradles and pins in college and he makes them look easy. He wrestled the beast Kyle Dake from Cornell in the semis down in Vegas last month. While he didn't look so good against Nebraska a couple weeks ago, the sky is the limit for Mr. Monk! ;)
