Today’s tie for first in the Summit League men’s team race is the highest conference cross country meet finish for the Bison men since 1982.
An absolutely gutty, inspired, and amazing performance by our guys.

The triple jump results come in last, and South Dakota scores enough to beat the Bison men by 1.5 points in the final team standings.
1. USD, 165
2. NDSU, 163.5

That was crazy... USD was waaaay behind going into the triple jump. Also, speed up the freaking field events. The 4x400 should always be the last event of the meet.
Re: Cross Country / Track and Field
Nell Graham's 52.57 400 meter is a full second faster than one of North Dakota's greatest sprinters/middle distance runners, Laura Roesler, ever ran at Oregon (of course, she specialized the the 800m there.)
To be fair, I know that Laura had some fantastic times in her legs of the 4x400 at Oregon - what a competitor!

Good article on Nell in todays InForum. I think this is for subscribers: https://www.inforum.com/sports/bison...th-bison-track
