Most of LocalLINC is based on recorded programming, so I'm not sure of the technical aspects of the process. I do know that when we air (unfortunately) the Fighting Sioux Sports Network, someone flips a switch to receive their satellite feed. However, I'm not sure how our technicans would make this a viable option for an Internet feed. Plus, I assume taking the Internet video and converting it to an analog feed would produce some pretty poor quality.

Yeah, not really technically friendly and quality would be really bad unless you spent lots of $$ to get it worked out... Then why not spend that money on making a real tv friendly broadcast.
