Yeah, I know this is bisonville, but since I live in Bis, I thought I'd post here.
I thought their schedule wasn't all bad, maybe the lone DII school in nodak?

I've never followed anything U of Mary but I must admit they are playing a tougher schedule than I would have expected.

Thanks. *It looks like Mary is getting darn serious. *I'd put Northern State in a similar category. *Best of luck to Mary. *Seriously.

It'll be a sad day when Mary puts 42 points on the Dragons!

(well, maybe not sad)

It will be interesting to see how they do against Concordia-St.Paul.

It should be an interesting year, I'm sure they will get smoked in a few of those games, but that's ok. *I was able to see them put the hurt on DSU last year, that made it all worth it! *It was cool to see St Cloud on the schedule, wonder if the sioux got a call. *Just hoping for a good year, so recruits next year can be promising.

edit: I was hoping that someone could update the "mary" demographics, that appear when you click on a school in the schedule section. etc...6,000 capacity stadium, location Bismarck, enrollment 2750, oh, and University of Mary, lame, but thanks!

What is the story with that last game on 11/11, playing Northern State in the Metrodome? Isn't Northern Stare is SD?

Several of NSIC teams always play their last games of the year at the Metrodome.

Chadron State game tomorrow, I managed to get a free all sports season pass, woohoo! Pretty good buzz going on around town, but some people worried we might not be up to par. Guess we'll see how it goes!

Mary will do just fine. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before Mary and "that other school" get together.

Tough loss, 21-3
Rotating QB's is not a good way to get the offense in a rythm, IMFO
Lots to work on, but I enjoyed the game!

I went to D2 football and found the radio link. I listened until Mary was down 21-3. Chadron just opened up and scored on a couple of consecutive possesions. The broadcast was great. Until Chadron took control it was close and exciting. Mary will be a fun team to watch. Theres a lot of excitement in Bismarck.

Not as much as they'd like you to believe.

Well, MSUM finally beat Concordia and did so in a convincing fashion...who knows what will happen now.

Thanks for the post 4mcrue. I hope and think Mary will do well in D2. If Mary ever plays the Sioux, you can bet who I would be cheering for.

After the Bison, I think Mary will be my second favorite college team in ND. I like to think of them as the Troy State of D2.

The problem of there not being too much excitement here for Mary, is that Bis is a huge UND town. Tons of alum here, tons, huge! Well, who could blame them, where else can they go, not Fargo obviously, and who would want to stay in GF after graduating :D But, still excitement here as far as I'm concerned, this is going to be an exciting year!!
