PSU bans alcohol at tailgate parties during its games
There is no ban, however, before or after games.

Hoping to cut down on underage drinking and create a safer post-game environment, Penn State is banning alcohol at parking lot tailgate parties during football games inside Beaver Stadium.
Imbibing before kickoff and after the final whistle is still OK.

Thought this was kinda interesting not really huge news and it looks like they had a problem. *Happy Valley is a major tailgate destination, I wonder what everyone there thinks about the decision?

I think it's a good idea. The fans should be INSIDE the stadium during the game, right up until the final horn! There is plenty of time to have more beer after the games end.

The older I get, the less time I spend hunting beaver.......but I still consider it an important leisure activity..... ;D
