Nate Schmidt and Andrew Aakre took the top two spots at the Hurricane Invitational... the track teams have had an outstanding year so far, even though the women's team might have been disappointed not to win the indoor championship again.

Now thats impressive! The Bison duo beat out eight others from Miami, Clemson, Syracuse and Rutgers.

No big surprise. NDSU has always had an awesome track team. I used to run track for UNC and our goal was always second place at the NCC meet because it was not realistic for any NCC team to beat NDSU.
