After dominating the independent nationals last year how well do you think they will do this year? *They have about a month tell they come up on May 10.

It will definately be a different crew competing this year verses last. It will also be tough not having redshirts Vega, Bergan, Schilling, and Kringes competing. We have always relied on our sprints for points, this year we will have to rely on the mid distance and distance guys. It will be a challenge, but victory is attainable.

That lunch didn't sit very well with me today, I got sick when I went to workout, so I didn't really get the nutritional value I was looking for. I knew you would be on here sooner or later. Welcome ;)
