Lisa Bue had 15 points to lead the Bison in the win. Katie added 12 and Brandee had 10. Ali Sonstelie had 8 points from the low post position. Dani lead the teams on the baords with 10. Brandee and Katie dished out 4 assists each and Brandee also had 3 blocks.

The more I listen to these radio announcers from other schools, the more I appreciate the WDAY announcers. This guy from Ball State started off the broadcast by saying our uniforms are ugly and then went on to make fun of the fact that some of our players were wearing knee pads...saying it must be a Division II thing. ::) Oh yeah, His play by play is mediocre at best too. Just had to get that off my chest!

By the way 12 to 11 right now. Ball State leading. Not quite half way through the first half.

Ball State has a 12 point lead.....NDSU can't keep Ball State off the boards.

Final: 65-54, Ball State wins. Bison played hard the whole game. Ball State defense forced too many turnovers and did not allowing an easy shot. The basically shut Katie Lorenz down. Bison shot really poorly, ended up shooting just over 30 percent for the game. Ali Sonsteli played a heck of a game.

Sonstelie had 17 and Heintzelman had 12. that's 29 points from our post position. Sonstelie also had 2 blocks.

Gibbs only played a few minutes and had but 2 fouls and 3 blocks...she didn't reinjure herself did she. tough game for Bue and Katie.
