Next up for the Bison are the Creighton Blue jays. Jays are 2-2 on the season with big losses to Northwestern and Nebraska and wins over Houston and Colorado. jays are lead by G Kristi Woodard and F Angie janis.

This game takes place in the high mountain altitude of Albequerque. That could effect these teams especially when they play the second game of the tournament. Other teams involved are host school new mexico (who have a win over Texas) and Louisiana Monroe.

game tracker isn't working but according to YAHOO...Bison trail by 9 with 18 minutes left. Come on ladies...let's make a push for it!!

The BISON won by 4 or 5 pts. It was a great comeback down by 14 once

Name of the game was defense: First half, Creighton shot 46%...2nd shot, that was reduced to 23%.

Scoring for the Bison vs Creighton:

Danni Heintzelman had 15 points including 2 for 3 from downtown.

Katie Lorenz had 11 points and 4 assists to 1 TO.

Brandee Gibbs came up big with 10 points, 14 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks.
