NDSU women return from Holiday break and a win over the Gophers to travel to Tuscalossa, Alabama to take on 9-4 Crimson Tide. Tide have only 5 players on the 12 person roster who were with the program last season when the Bison beat them by 11 in Fargo. Leading scorers Navonda Moore (14.5 ppg) and Kate Mastin (14.0 ppg) had 2 and 7 points respectively last year. Of the returning Bison players from last year, Dani had 17 points and 7 boards, Lisa had 9 points and 4 steals, and Kayla Dahlen had 9 points and 9 assists. Bison should have the experience factor as Tide feature 6 frosh. SDSU plays 'Bama on the 28th.

That's correct: SDSU 65, Alabama 54. Snaps Alabama's 8-0 home record this year. Third win over Alabama. SDSU 4-0 against SEC opponents.

Rabbits host ranked (20 or 23, depending on who you read) Marquette Sunday. I have a feeling Frost will have a great crowd for a holiday weekend.

Good luck, Bison, beat 'Bama.

Very Physical game between Jacks/Tide. Tide dared the Jacks to shoot 3's, so we rained them in, and also got their big ladies in foul trouble.

Go make the Tide retreat a second time Bison!

What is the Bunnies record on the year? Who beat them? That will be quite a game when the Bison meat the Rabbits, hopefully the Bison continue to improve and can take a win over the Bunnies.

Bunnies currently lead the Independents with RPI 66. However, their power index has them in most ratings in the high 20's.

Wins over USC, Mid Tenn St, Virginia, Colo., Kansas, Ala.,
3 losses to Baylor (top 10), Missouri (receiving votes), Ark St.

10-3 taking on#6 RPI Marquette at Brookings NYE. Come on down for what should be a great game!
