Amy Kallemeyn, Edgerton has made a verbal to North Dakota State. She averaged 27 points a game last season. She played summer ball with the Minnesota Stars. *She's a 6'2" post in the class of 2007.

This 2007 team could be fun. Lisa Bue is hard nosed and Samuelson is a legit Division I recruit. In addition, if Walseth is half the player her sis was, this could be Amy's best team ever. I'll be interested to watch the development of the point guard over this next season, as that will be very key for this 2007 team.

I like to hear of kids involved in the AAU experience just because of the level of competition. Sounds like she really made an impression.

Amy took part in the Adidas Stars Shoot-out yeaterday. The adidas Stars Shoot-out is a one day exposure event that brings the best players from the Minnesota and surrounding states together to play 3-4 games in front of college coaches from all over America. Amy scored 11 points for the "Miracle".

Amy helped lead Edgerton to two wins earlier this week.

In Edgerton's 67-49 win over Ellsworth, Amy had 28 points and 25 rebounds. She followed this up with a 14 point, 17 rebound effort in a 53-45 win over MCC.

Annika will hopefully be eligible after Christmas and this is her last year. *She told me herself that this is it for her this season. So, no 07-08 for Annika.

Amy K update:

Fulda 89, Edgerton 53: Amy had 14 points, 10 boards, and 3 blocks in the loss to the defending Class A state champs. http://www.dglobe.com/articles/index.cfm?id=3178&section=sports

In a 75-54 win over Lakeview, Amy had 24 points and 19 boards.

In Edgerton's 20 point win over mcc, Amy had 24 points.

Amy with 17 points in Edgerton's 4 point win over Adrian.

Amy also had 24 points in Edgerton's 77-42 victory over Westbrook--Walnut Grove.

January 4th, 2007

Amy Kallemeyn tallied 34 points and 19 rebounds to lead the Flying Dutchmen as Edgerton improved to 8-1 with a 25 point win over Hills Beaver Creek.
