Sounds like somebody someplace came up with a nice proposal: NASA Awards North Dakota State Science Grant (http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=104&STORY=/www/story/04-06-2006/0004335749&EDATE=)

"the North Dakota State University" - kind of like the sound of that.
