This may have already been a thread, but does anyone know the procedure of nominating Hall of Fame candidates? I know that the candidate must be 15 years removed from the university, but who nominates them and in what manner?
My friend and track and cross-country legend Doug Hanson should be up for nomination since it has been 15 years since he has graduated.
I sent an email off to NDSU's media relations asking about that, although I managed to misspell his last name. Just thought I'd let folks know so we don't bury them in emails.
Doug Hanson is a shoe-in.

Doug Hanson is eligible for the HOF.
He seems to really be struggling with his recovery from his accident. I try to visit his website whenever I can. Being inducted into the hall may be a pick-me-up for him and his family.
