Listening to Nagy, he doesn't sound like SDSU is playing very well.

They played well for stretches (up by 20 at one point) and you are right Coach Nagy was not happy (of course I have seen him not happy after a 30 point win, that is just his nature, and I am good with it because it works). We will need to play a more complete game tomorrow night. Still a W is a W and we are now 18-3!

SDSU is 18-3 overall and 2-3 in the NCC. I will argue that regional rankings are more important then the NCC regular season record, since the NCC's Auto Bid to the NCAA tournamient is decided by our post season tournament.

You made my point. Since the NCC auto bid is determined by the post season tournament, and the post season tournament host is the NCC Champion, the record and standing in the NCC is more important than the regional rankings! Regional rankings are only important at the end of the year, the NCC standings are what is important to get to the end of the year!
