Bison men had an easy victory in game 1 of their Canadian tourament. They were up 34-7 at halftime and won 82-32. Great start and Ben Woodside had a big game.

They also won on Friday against Manitoba. I missed that story earlier. Maybe Coach Miles has a pretty good team this year.

I wouldn't get too excited about beating up on these teams. I think the game against the U of Toronto might be a decent litmus test, as they did beat Central Michigan.

These games are extremely important as it allows all of our new players to play together is game situations. Will payoff big time when the season starts. I agree, we dont know anything about the level of competition.

And they are winning by a big margin instead of struggling to win. That has to say something about their talent.

I have a strong feeling this team, despite the youth, is more talented that last year's. I have a feeling there will be some exciting games at the BSA this year. Hopefully several sellouts.

Good news indeed. With the fantastic schedule the Bison have and if the Bison notch some important D1 wins.....the crowds should show up at the Bison Sports Arena!!
