Why wouldn't Iowa State be McDermott's last job? We have top 25 fan support and we will pay as much as is necessary to keep him if he is successful. He is in his homestate and is in a major conference.

What job would he leave for? Duke? UNC? Kansas? etc? Well sure he may leave for that level of a program, but it is going to take that level for him to consider leaving IMO.

I agree. It will take a great job for him to leave. He'll someday get a GREAT job!!!!!
