Upgrading board software. This might take a while and the board might not look the same.

Hmm. Going to have to wait another 24 hours.

Just want to make it clear that this is not the way the board is going to look much longer but I've run out of time for today.

Love the board, except I think the clock in on Amsterdam time. ;)

I think I got the clock right.

I think the limit on instant messages was set lower by default. I've raised it to 50. If you have more than that, you might have to get rid of some to receive more IMs.

Uh, yeah, if anybody else starts getting "04 An Error Has Occurred!: Unable to open 1.txt " when trying to reply to IMs or something let me know some particulars (like who you were replying to) so I can start looking for a pattern.

I am not getting any errors. Great work, I know how much it is to get everything working.

I just noticed that everything that was posted today got marked as Yesterday when you made the clock adjustment.

Small issue, it should work itself out with clock being set correctly.

I thought I recognized that time. For some reason the clock is switching to UTC time. 6 hours is about right it would be 7 if we were not in Daylight savings time.

I suspect that at 2400 UTC that the board is resetting, perhaps a scheduled maintenance feature. When this happens its changing the clock to UTC for the board. Part of the reason I suspect this is becuase I checked the board at 1630 and the clock was correct. The next time I checked was 2000 local time and the board was showing UTC time.

I hope this is helpful, but I could be off track also.

Maybe time might switch to UTC when I'm doing board maintenance?

Only tweaking today was going through some of the forums and moving topics to their new homes.

The time stays correct on your computer if you go into your 'profile', then 'modify', then 'options', then switch 'time offset' to your time zone.

Bugs!

This board has got some. I spent a fair bit of time trying to update the site but that led to more problems than it fixed. I'm afraid I'm going to have to wait until the next stable version. The main problem I'm aware of is that folks with #'s in their user names are not able to get to their profile - heck, I'm not sure they can log back in once they log out. At best, those users are stuck on Brit time for a while.

I got my time thing fixed, thanks.

Tony, I noticed an option to choose which template to use for viewing the board. It wouldn't be possible to add that initial blue one back to that list. I kind of liked that design.
