I know this is a Bison board, but SDSU's women beat Bentley in OT tonight and SDSU doesn't have a board to post on. *I just listened to the game on the radio, but it was the best women's game I can remember. *The Jacks banked in a three at the buzzer to send the game into overtime and went on to win 69-62. *The championship game is at 5 pm on Saturday and will be nationally televised by ESPN2. I wonder if the comentators will talk about the DI switch at all? Hopefully they can continue on and be crowned national champs.

Go Jacks!

Nice going Jacks, and keep it going at the championship. This is great for the NCC and the midwest in general.

Congrats to the Jacks. 2003 National Champions. Pretty much dominated Northern Kentucky. Everytime the Norse made some noice, SDSU answered. 2500 SDSU fans made it sound like a home game.

The National Champion SDSU's women's schedule was
released yesterday and the Jack's will once again lead
off with two D1 opponents in Univ of Colorado and Univ of Iowa. Last year they played Drake and Univ of Minnesota very tough in their opening games. I believe
this was a good test and prepared them for the NCC.

JACKGUY,
Very impressive schedule. Are the games regular season nonconference games against UofC and UofI or are they exhibition games? According to the gopher schedule last year, it was an exhibition game.

They are listed as exhibition games so they don't count
against their win/loss record. I wonder if all DI vs DII games are considered exhibition games?

No. A game against a D1A opponent can count as a real game. NDSU has played several D1A opponents in BB (Mens) and they counted in the W-L record.
