First Season in Division I a Success

Jeff Kolpack had a great article regarding all of NDSU's programs and how they faired in the first season in division I. Overall it sound like it was a resounding success and it also sounds like next year should be even better. The recruits are better for all the teams and some of the redshirts are also very talented. He also mentions how many of the teams played power-ranking qualifying schedules. Good to hear the media is recognizing the Bison belong in division I. ;)

I also think it shows the committment to winning that NDSU has. They mentioned the difficult schedules that many of the teams competed against and how they expect better athletes to join the Bison because of this. I think they are starting to realize NDSU will be successful in division I and it won't take as long as some forecast when NDSU first announced the move. Alot of work to be done yet but we are moving in the right direction and doing so in a fairly rapid pace. ;D
