Any D2 teams need to play us at home. We should not travel to play down a level.

We beat Cal Davis the last two years. *We had a home and home series.

After 2 years I agree, however if we could get a top d2 team like GVSU to play us here next year and away the next I would be willing to do that. i think we need to do everything we can to get some quality home games next year to maintain interest.. the following year we will at least have davis and UNC at home and hopefully some others

I seriously think it would be a good game though. I'm hoping that GVSU moves to D-1AA in the next few years. Just curious....what are the enrollments for SDSU and NDSU?

NDSU = 11,000
SDSU = 10,000

How are GVSU's other sports?

gvbryan,

NDSU already has three I-AA road games confirmed for next year. Any other I-AA games for NDSU will also likely be on the road. I think a game against GVSU would be good, but it would probably have to be in Fargo. The NDSU AD stated that any home games next year will more than likely be DII competition. NDSU does pay out some of the bigger guarantees to bring in good teams.

MMM... I would say pretty good. *They finished second in the Sears Cup last year to Cal Davis. *(NDSU 21st, UND 30th, A&M Kingsville 56th for reference).

I'll come out there! Sounds like fun. I have relatives near Sioux Falls. Is that close at all?

Most are pretty good....except Mens Basketball. I have Michigan State for that anyway. We have over 20000 enrolled. A lot of those are commuters though.

About three hours straight north on I-29.

Don't be modest, GVSU has an excellent athletic program.

GVSU would be more than welcome in Fargo! I would love to see a team of that caliber come into Fargo!
