I think we might see some of these I-A lower teams drop down to I-AA status. I hope it happens anyway.

On the other hand, if the 15,000 rule gets watered down or weakened, it could ease the way for NDSU to move to I-A, if they chose to do so. NDSU's attendance looks OK compared to some of these I-A teams.
