From the Jan. 11 grand forks hear-old:

The presidents from North Central Conference schools also met at the NCAA Convention to discuss the league's search for a commissioner.

UND athletic director Roger Thomas is one of two finalists for the position. The other is Tom Collins, a former athletic director of Campbell University in North Carolina.

Thomas, who also is at the convention, said no decision has been made.

I see on the sioux board that alot of them wouldn't mind if he left. Seems that they don't think he has the skills for such a large :P sports program.

Others would say he doesn't have the skills to tie his shoes on his own but he does hold one mean press conference!
