Cincinnatti took it to Rutgers tonight ending speculation that they may play for the National Championship. Final Score Bearcats 30 Rutgers 11.

I was hoping for Rutgers to go undefeated. It would help stick a fork in the BCS if they didn't make it to the title game. Still, this season, it looks like there will be yet more contreversy over who goes to the title game, and that one more step to a I-A playoff.

Greg Schiano is still coach of the year. If you can get Rutgers to a bowl game in back-to-back seasons you should not only win the award they should probably grant you a sainthood.
