I don't think most of these polls have a clue. Especially when it comes to DII as I imagine there was almost no
research put into it other than looking at last years records. The Jacks on paper have a tough opening game with Northwest Missouri and other top ranked teams in Winona and St. Cloud.

I would guess Concordia-St Paul won't feel like the favorite coming into Fargo in November.

Goodluck Jackguy, looks like you have a tough schedule also.

I can't believe a Winona team that lost to the worst team in the NCC last year is ranked at all. They should be #84 or so. Lindy's is the only poll with brains enough to put the top NCC team in front of the top NSIC team.

Not a lot of respect for the NCC. *But as others have pointed out the D II polls are seldom more then WAGS (wild *ss guess) made by folks who have done little research. *I remember a few years back when a D II preseason basketball poll came out they had USD where SDSU was meant to be (USD was awful on paper and real life that year). *I am sure to the folks who put the poll together it was like. . . South Dakota, South Dakota State whatever.

After a few weeks have gone by we will see how the polls look. *That being said it does look like my rabbits have a tough row to hoe. *Good Luck boys, you will need to bring it early!

Go SDSU!
