Thanks for the info bisonguy. Great to see the Bison back in a poll. The outcome of next two games could have a significant impact on if and when the Bison are listed on any other polls. I noticed Minnesota Duluth is ranked quite high in the poll, above St Cloud State. What is up with that? I believe Minnesota Duluth made it into the playoffs last year but don't recall if they won a game. I just thought they were one of those token NSIC teams the D2 folks thought had to be represented in last years playoffs. Also wonder since St Cloud trounced on Crookston 66-7 what the score would have been if the Bison had opened up against Crookston. At least the Bison have always tried to schedule tougher teams to open, except for a couple years when Moorhead was scheduled. I think by the time NDSU plays St. Cloud the Bison will be as good if not better than them. But that is a ways off. Need to stay focused on having a good game against Montana. Go Bison!

Did I read somewhere that Mn-Duluth is joining the NCC after you guys leave? Maybe if that's true they are getting a little more respect. They lost in the first round 45-41 to Northwest Mo. State on the road. Tough to win in the playoffs on the road.

Yes, UMD is joining the NCC next year, after SDSU and NDSU leave. I think their program is on the rise and they will do well.
