I checked the board out...unless I missed something it doesn't appear very active regarding the NDSU game. http://www.bisonville.com/YaBBImages/huh.gif

The UCD fans may be on the road to Fargo.

I wonder how many fans will make the trip?

I hope they're flying, that's a long drive. It would be nice if there is a good Aggie fan turnout.

Aggie fans: Come tailgate with us. Famous Dave's BBQ food is available, so you don't even have to bring any food. There's also plenty of Bison fans that I'm sure would feed you. The west side lots of NDSU will open at 2:00 pm CST. There wil be games for the kiddies, a DJ, live band. etc.

Hey guys,
Don't know how, of if many, Aggie fans are making the trip.

I'm really looking forward to the game. Has, or will, the Fargo dome sell out? And what is capacity again?

CKelly,

The official capacity of the FargoDome from the offical NDSU website is 18,760 -LINK (http://www.gobison.com/facilities/fargodome.shtml)

The Fargodome probably won't sell out for this game, but there should be a good showing of at least 15,000. The only true sellouts happen vs. UND, in 2000 there was 19,020 and in 2002 there was 19,042.

If you want a good game preview check out the Bottom Line by Chris Kelly on the UCD football fan page.

Thanks GoAgs.

The Bison should be a challenge for the Ags, but even moreso the crowd noise will be tough to handle. Don't expect to see the same Aggies offense as last week. Even Ryan Flanigan was off on a few passes. Last season he torched the Bison hitting his first 10 passes.

Nothing was fluid last week, but I fully expect the Bison will see a completely different team this week. How some of the youngsters handle the noise will be interesting.

Stauss not Strauss :)

I kinda doubt the 'Dome will louder than the Alerus Center because the roof is so much higher in Fargo.

Tony,

Don't forget that the stands are at least 5 yards closer to the sideline at the Fargodome.

Does anyone know if UND actually sold out that Cal-Davis (UC Davis- whatever) semifinal game in 2001? I seem to remember people buying tickets the week of.

Anyway, I think that although Bison fans can expect a different Cal-Davis team than last week it's likewise for Aggies fans. This Bison team is different because they now know what they are capable of. It's been a while since I've been able to say that.

Nope,

The four corner sections in the Alerus were nearly completely empty, and the next sections in were only about half full. The crowd was about the same as the Pitt St. game.
