The Sioux suck as we all know....they got beat by Mesa State in overtime.

I should add to the above post that the Mesa State/UND game was pretty hard fought. I listened in on the internet and it was right down to the wire in OT. An incomplete pass was what cost UND the win. It does make me wonder if Mesa State has the potential to make some D2 waves this year.

Mesa State lost 42-16 to Central OK last week. They lost to the grand forks squad by 59 last year. NDSU ran them out of town in a route a couple of years ago. they are not contenders. I listened to the game too. Mesa made good on all of thier mistakes. grand forks didnt sound like a contender to me but they did play Mesa State tough. I have a feeling that if things keep keading in this direction their god, DI-AA coaching hopefull Dale Lennon will have a very serious annual off season job hunt.
