Remember-The Game is at Noon!!!!

Not 1 O'clock like on the tickets. If you show up at one, you will miss most of the first half!!!!!!!!!!

That's an important reminder to the 5000 people that will be there. I hope I'm wrong, but I'll bet next week's crowd is going to be a healthy amount below average.

With no shot at the play-offs and an oppnent that lost to South Dakota....i doubt even 5000 will show.

I'm going and am also bringing 5 out of towners to the game with me. None of them have ever been to a Bison game but I didn't need to give them much of a sales pitch to get them to go. 8)

so the ad in the Sunday Forum sports section still says
1PM....GAWD

that's awful

I just saw that, too. There were a lot of out-of-towners at the SCSU game that didn't know the game was moved to noon. They better have some media coverage about the game time changing, or there will be a lot of people showing up an hour late.

It would also be nice if the front page of bisonville had the correct time listed - a little help guys. ::)

Any predictions on the Concordia St. Paul game? I see the bison in a rout. This team has lost to USD by 6 and given up 56 to UMD in a loss. I don't think they have ever seen anybody like the Bison.

Bisonguy

Bison 45
CSP 6

I'm bringing my cowbell, the refs will tell everyone to quit using artificial noisemakers, and the small crowd of hardcore fans will scream and shout the rest of the game ;D

Oh yeah, a bunch of people will show up at 12:45 thinking they are early, only to realize they missed the first quarter.

Sorry, they changed the start time in the middle of the season to accomodate ND high school championships - that's why the tickets are wrong too.

Should be a lot of high school players in town who might want to get a look at the Bison.

Hopefully the bison don't have a "hangover" from last weeks tough loss. It would also be nice if NDSU could put some points up early (not their strong point this season), the longer CSP stays in the game, the more confident they may get. However, if NDSU puts up a couple of scores early, the rout could be on.

Also thanks to bisonville for correcting the game time on the front page.

The Bison won big after the last loss. Great turnaround season. This team deserves the support of the fans for this last regular season game. Especially the Seniors.

Mike Sheppard
Rod Malone
Darrin O'Leary
Jason Jordan
Ryan Simmers
Josh Mock
Elliott Belquist
Mike Wieser
Jamel Thomas
And anyone I missed.
Great Season ;D

If you go into the Bisonville roster (http://www.bisonville.com/roster.html) and click on the column heading "Year", then you'll get the players sorted by year. Mark Haffeman is the only other senior missing.
Great group of seniors.

not try dig up any bones. But I remember Nate Keller getting injured again. did he then quit the team?

somebison
11-11-2003, 09:30 PM
keller did leave the team after getting hurt

Bisonguy
11-11-2003, 09:38 PM
Kellar had back problems for quite some time. It got so bad that he could barely get out of bed. That's why he had to cut his football career short. Steve Halstrom had reported that it took him nearly an hour to get out of bed because of all the pain he was suffering with. He was a great player that always gave 100%.

Nate Keller needed to stop playing with all his injuries.

So, officially he's not on the team anymore.

Just caught the tail end of Bison Feedback. Bohl stated the coaches have a few cards up their sleeves that they will pull out on saturday. It's gonna be interesting.......

Anyone interested in two free tickets to Saturday's game against Concordia - St. Paul? Section 32, Row BB, seats 17 and 18 (east side, on the aisle, 22 yard line). I will be deer hunting in South Dakota so my wife and I won't be able to use them. I could mail them tomorrow and they should get there in time. I live in Sioux Falls and have gone to all the home games except can't make it to this one. My deer tags are for the north eastern part of the state which opens this Saturday instead of next weekend for the southeastern part where I normally hunt. Wish the Bison well and hope to be able to listen to some of the game on the radio. Somehow the Bison have to get into the playoffs! Please reply only if you are seriously interested and will use the tickets for yourself, family or friends.

NDSU should have no problem with Concordia. They will be a pumped up football team playing with their playoff lives in the balance. I'll predict that the Bison win by at least 20 points.

Anybody have a scouting report on C-SP? I haven't heard anything about them yet.

The Bison are believed to be at a slim chance of making playoffs status. Under these circumstances, will there be a strategy of showing our stuff (running up the score) as best we can, against a respectable team?

Can't believe you guys didn't have Jordan Graff on the seniors list? He's been a regular on the D-line for 3 years!

I wouldn't put any money on score like that, but I think the Bison have it in them to dominate all aspects of the game.

I couldn't believe that Oklahoma score last week. What is with this team. If they rout their opponent in the Sugar Bowl, I will have to say one of the best college teams ever.

Enough with Oklahoma, lets kick some St. Paul ass and get into the playoffs.

Go Duluth, Go NWMSU, Go CMSU (if they help us and don't get ahead of us)

bisonjay,

Bohl did indeed say the coaching staff has a few tricks up their sleeves. He also said there will be some very exciting plays.

I think they won't hold anything back, and won't play as conservative as they usually do.

Hmmmm.... doesn't Rod Malone have the highest QB rating?

Bisonguy, what time do the players usually go from dressing room to the Fargodome, wasnt there something that takes place during the last home game? Should we all be lined up to cheer the team during the walk for their last home game. I seem to remember something about this last year, but cant recall exactly what it was, and cannot see anything from west tailgate area.

The "event" is called the tradition walk from the Dakotah field locker to the Dome. The players(seniors leading) and coaches walk as a group over to the Dome locker exactly 2 hours before kickoff.

Bisonfan1
11-14-2003, 09:59 PM
thank you NDSUDAD, is this something we should all go over for?, or is this something where there should not be alot of fanfare, it seems to me last year it was encouraged we all go over there if I am thinking of the right event.

Two weeks ago at the team makers luncheon one of
the coaches reminded every one to participate in the
tradition walk every game. It is a great motivator for
the team.

Second string D gave up 2 TD's.

Bison needed to make a statement, and they did. Now it's up to others to help us.

Keontay Jackson was announced as a Senior today.
He is Junior eligible on the rosters. He wasn't on the list.
