Could happen, who knows.

I suppose it depends on when they would sign a new contract.

Somebody on staff is a finalist for the OC spot, so that's a possibility. I doubt that it's anyone on the defensive side of the ball. If it's an outside OC that's brought in, he might want to bring a couple of his own position coaches. Of course, either of them could be getting a few offers, that's the nature of coaching.
