Tim Albin Hired as Offensive Coordinator

Former Nebraska Running Backs and Pass Offensive Coordinator was hired today. He was the former NAIA Head Coach of the year for NW Oklahoma State in 1999 when he led them to the NAIA national title.

It looks like a good hire to me.

Pass offensive coordinator??... does this mean we're going to have a Run offensive coordinator as well? Might this be Perles?

Any news on WR's, QB's, or DL coach?

I found it great that his recruiting area was Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Tennessee and in I-backs.

Hopefully we can find out when the spring game is now. I thought it was interesting that he was a GA at Nebraska from 00-02 even though he earned his master's in 91. Aren't most GA's working on their Master's ???

Ok...so this means that Albin will be the running backs coach so vigin will probably switch back to QB's coach.

Still need DL and WR's coaches.

You will love this guy. Living in Huskerland I have watched this guy up close. He is engaging and a tireless worker. This is a steal for you guys. He was a very good recruiter as well. Recruits always spoke highly of him. He will add to the bald ex-husker coaches that you have. We will have to start calling you Husker North. Hey Frank Solich is still out of work. Give him a call. I saw you also signed some recruits out of Nebraska. As a UNO fan I wish you would stay out of our state. (just kidding). When are you going to send some kids down to us. You did send us Darrin Erstad which we will always be grateful for.

Sounds great to me. Pat Behrns alwasy get fired up for the North Dakota schools because of the bad experience that he had with the Sioux. I know the game would probably be in Fargo. But it would be big news to see Craig Bohl reappear in this state.

To me, things just keep getting better and better. There is nothing wrong whatsoever with the connections that have been made and are coming to Fargo. Thank goodness for a spring game, could never make it until next fall. Good job Bison Staff !!!
