What's the deal for ticket prices for the 2004 season. The D1 and D1aa move has to be paid somehow? Attendance sure won't make up for the increased expenses and I doubt the state will kick in much (definitely not a priority). Can 'sticker shock' be expected? Will some of the cost be shared by students? Why is the University dragging their feet?

Season tickets did go up $5 this year, but that's hardly shocking. We will probably see ticket price increases in future years, but they should be small increases. Team Maker dues may also see an increase in the near future. There are a lot of revenue sources out there, corporate sponsors are starting to kick in more money with the move to DI.

I think we will find out in May or June, when the season ticket renewals come out. I don't expect a major increase, maybe $20 for sidelines and $14 for endzones max.

They went up $5 to $80 for sideline. I already received my renewal form.

Is that for 5 or 6 games?

Five games for now, but I think Gene is still working on a sixth. I think CSP was added after I recieved my renewal last year. I believe they keep season tickets at a flat rate, unless they would end up with 7 or more home games.

Either way it's a great price.

I think sideline may have gone up to $16(from $14), but I'm not certain. I'm sure they'll keep GA affordable.

No doubt. Montana has an extra game or two, but their season tickets are $100 MORE! :o

What we need are more Teammaker members to add an amount to their annual dues. Last season, I jumped up to the next level, and wrote "D-I upgrade" on my renewal form.

Even if you cannot jump to the next level, giving an additional $50 or $100 will help.

I heard that Teammakers set a goal of raising $1,000,000 this year. The past couple of years have been in the $700-800,000 range.

We can all also help by getting new fans out to the games.

It's no $27.50, but it will do.

At NDSU,
Upgrade in competition = increase in price.

At UND,
well, they just increase the price.
