There was a feature on the WDAY 6:00 sports about Tony staying in town and his workouts. The guy's dedicated, that's for sure.

I think I saw him at the street fair, so I don't know if his diet is keeping up with his workouts.

Small feature on Tony Stauss tonight- it looks like Tony really worked on his footwork in the offseason. While not the next Michael Vick (in his words), he should be able to tuck the ball and run a little better this year and have better results with the option.

I thought his footwork was a lot better at the Spring Game.
