we need to get montana. I think that has the makings of a great rivalry. I would also like to see rocky bring his team to the dome. That's 2 sell outs right there. other than that I say Taylor has to try his hardest to stay away from D-II & III and try and get a complete I-AA schedule.

I think I'd move Northeastern up. Rocky has them playing pretty good ball from the looks of things and I think it would be a sure sellout.

this really wasn't a home away list

for home

we've got
UCD 16+
SDSU 16+
UNC 16+

i'd add

Montana sellout
Northeastern sellout

and GSU/McNeese/Montana State/UNI/? 16+

we could average over 17,500 for the season with that schedule

if we started with Montana/Northeastern we could have a hell of a home schedule, (given that we play well AND START WALKER, which won't be a big deal next year, but let's start with the future today)

I'd order it
Montana
Northeastern
UNC
SDSU
UCD
?

I would throw Georgia Southern in there too. It looks like Georgia Southern is fielding a hell of a team this year!

i realized that i left them out just after posting, but obviously if i forgot them, they can't be that important to me

good team though, i wish sdsu the best of luck

I'd like the BlackBears of Maine thrown in there as well...I'm still bummed that game never happened a couple of years ago. I think it would've been a good measuring stick and quieted some of the naysayers early.

How could you want to play Weber State over Eastern Washington? Weber is more of a basketball school. Come on, IVY League schools? Huh? Drake?

i have a preference for regional games (Drake, plus I hate that school being an Iowa State alum)

teams we've recently played, i.e. weeber state

and teams with fantastic academics and not so hot football, hence the ivy league

I'd schedule any team from the Big Sky, Gateway, Great West, or Southland.

No D2 or lower teams unless UND changes its mind for some reason.

As for DI, our goal should be one/year.

Minnesota would be a great draw in Minneapolis and really the only DI I want NDSU to play. Washington would probably be decent as well as there are probably a decent amount of NDSU alumi in Seattle. Otherwise, whoever wants it from DI is fine with me as long as we get good money from it.

I like Weber because it is a 2 1/2 hour drive for me!
