This has been totally predictable. When they announced paying players this was baked in! Pandora's box has been opened and to everyone's dismay it's very deep I suggest be prepared for many years of chaos.

I was able to take classes when I worked for U of Mo and NDSU. Of course as an employee I had to work full time and then could only take a limited amount of hrs. Sounds like that would work. Of course when you run out of eligibility, tuition’s on you. Wanna be an employee, you have to act like an employee.

If they unionize then the conferences can negotiate work rules with them instead everyone being a free agent every year. If you hate the portal and want more roster stability unionization gets you closer to that.

Well yeah but unfortunately just by saying the word “union” they cause 40% of the US to lose their minds.
