But I can still admit to envy in that the Jacks signed such a high caliber team to play this year there and next year at SD. I was hoping NDSU would sign a game with the likes of Montana for a home and away. I guess we do have Northwestern to look forward to this year.

Eagles hung 28 on UGA and their offense has totally dominated recent opponents....don't forget they're playing at home (Paulson)...the tailgating there is awesome, by the way...

I think GSU will score early and take out starters in the 4th quarter allowing SDSU to put up some points and numbers.....

All I know is that it is pretty cool that SDSU is playing GSU and it is awesome seeing ND State and SD State football scores scroll across the screen during Saturdays ESPN games. Both Schools deserve the recognition and theres no looking back!

Seriously: no one expects the Jacks to do much so it's an ideal time to shock GSU. If it doesn't happen, no one will be surprised. If it does happen, we'll allow the Bison to say they played us close (...but it'll be Mr. Jackrabbit from now on).

One thing is certain, NDSU and SDSU are getting some great attention with the move to DI-AA. I haven't followed Bison football so closely since a cousin was a team captain.

GSU cannot help but go into this game overconfident. SDSU 21, GSU 14...stranger things have happened in sports!

The Jackrabbits won't win this. Its wishful thinking to even think its going to be close. I think too much is made of GSUs game with Georgia just like too much is made of the UCDavis loss by the Jackrabbits. First games of the season don't mean much except in the win/loss column.

I hope the Jacks can do better then I expect. I would have liked to have seen the Bison go up against GSU instead, even though it would most likely be a loss I would have liked to see just how good the Bison are at stopping the triple option offense. NDSU has had good success so far this year against teams who use that offense.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA! The Mighty Buzzards must be pretty nervous to go to a rivals board to get some reassurance that they are not going to be HUMILIATED in front of their home crowd! The Sherman Offense is going to Scortch and Burn their way all the way to the end zone 4 times. Gsu will start out strong scoring twice, then they will get lazy (typical) and relax thinking the game is over (where have I seen that before). SDSU will adjust and burn them repeatedly.
There will be weeping and gnashing of "tooth" (sorry there aren't many full sets in Georgia) from Florida to South Carolina. They will be spitting up their grits the rest of the season. HAHAHAHAHAHA

I came to this board because your northern friends are much more civil than you buck toothed b*****ds. As posted jbn most on this board actully wish you road kill rejects good luck on your treck to the center of the 1aa universe but you can’t handle the fact that ND isn’t posting what you want to see. ;D

I would like to thank the NDS fans for responding and giving me an idea of what their offense was capable of. As I stated before all teams are capable of a letdown but I don’t see anyone beating us unless they can score at least 35 points. They may slow us down but you have to put some good offensive numbers against us.

Keep the ball out of our hands as long as possible

Well at least I came close on the score for GSU. Shouldn't have been so optimistic about the Jacks ablity to at least have a good passing game and get it in the endzone a couple of times and a FG.
