Flacco went to Delaware. Romo went to Eastern Ill as did Garapolo.

I would highly doubt it. Other than Steve McNair I couldn’t tell you another FCS quarterback that had a long tenure.

Chad Pennington’s first year at Marshall was FCS, but they moved up to FBS after that.
