Yes I'm sure there is a drastic difference between the #13 and #15 "rated" players in Minnesota.

Well folks... we got it sorted. Chapo will take Moorhead football players, but only if the Star Tribune or something ranks them as the a #13 recruit in Minnesota or higher. 14? Maybe. 15? Fuck that kid. Charmin soft.

So does the number matter or not? I can't follow here. Either we can brag about him being higher rated than another guy or we can claim committing to NDSU gets you a better ranking (it doesn't...never has...never will...lol), but you can't claim both.

Not sure if that applies here but in general it does. Alabama doesn't recruit a guy because he's a 5-star recruit. He becomes a 5-star recruit because Alabama recruited him.
