Kid that worked for me has a mom from Japan. I also had another employee who was Vietnamese. Between the two of them they liked to drag me out for Pho occasionally.

The first kid would load his up with sliced jalapeños and then hit the Siracha sauce. By the time he was done “fixing” the Pho looked like tomato soup color. His face was usually in a full sweat after the second spoonful.
