At least. Based on Sagarin the conference usually gets fewer playoff selections than it deserves so using that as a proxy rather than doing a comprehensive look back, I’d say you’re comfortably correct.

Garbage in garbage out. Somehow this has Cal Poly rated 16th despite being 0-3. UC Davis beat them by 49 and EWU beat them by 52 so in the view of Sagarin's algorithm that was far more impressive than NDSU beating UND by 24 or SDSU beating SIU by 41.

Yes, that makes sense. So 3 losses is probably the main factor in determining where we ended up. That SIU game really impacted this crazy spring season for the Bison. I can't remember the main reason we lost that one. I'd have to go back and watch it again, which I have no intention of doing.
