When your program has won 38 straight games and three straight state championships, you're going to have some familiar names receiving postseason recognition.

That's certainly the case for Langdon-Edmore-Munich when it comes to the North Dakota Class A all-state football team. Langdon-E-M twin brothers Simon and Grant Romfo became three-time all-state selections to highlight the Cardinals' five picks to the all-state roster, which was released Monday night......

Grant, who was a first-team all-state linebacker in 2019 and a second-team all-state pick in 2018, was a nearly equal threat in the run and pass game this season. He had 107 carries for 837 yards and 19 touchdowns to go along with 69 catches for 975 yards and 11 touchdowns......

Very curious to see where they end up putting him, O or D. I think he would be a stud at LB.

There was an athlete from that area awhile back that came in at 6-0, 195 who ended up being a pretty decent linebacker...

These are the lesser known recruits I don't expect to do very well and they end up being like Travis Beck.

Dude. That INT in our *first* championship game. Flying through the air at the K-State QB.

Yeah and he's coming from Travis school.

Is this one the high school qb or rb?

That's one of the more unique surnames I've ever run across. I wonder if it's Finnish or an anglicized version of a French name or something.

Edit: Probably Finnish.

Not just Morgan, but other rum-toting authority figures as well...

Very cool! I looked it up and there's a Norwegian parish named Romfo. I guess if Klabo is Norwegian, then I'm not sure why Romfo caught me by surprise.

Here's the weather for Romfo, Norway: https://www.accuweather.com/en/no/romfo/254000/weather-forecast/254000 (spoiler: Avalanches danger is orange.)
