Welcome!
Very nice to see!
Looks to be a stealth recruit, don’t remember seeing mention of a Bison offer before - only the offers Chapo mentioned - had visited Fargo last fall.
Early recruiting surprise!!!

20th ranked prospect in Minnesota by 247 (2 star).
WR Bryce Lance at #11 (would be a nice pairing)

Is on the 2020 All-Metro Team:

Eli Green, Farmington, Sr.

Farmington's Eli Green was the catalyst of a big season for the Tigers.
Green can do it all. He has 22 catches for 369 yards and five touchdowns in six games. Eli is also a dangerous player every time he touches the football, especially on special teams with a long kickoff return for a score to his credit. Great player.

Here's a Quote that you all will like about Eli:

“I hate losing. It’s my No. 1 thing I hate the most, just being a competitor,” Green said. “Nobody wants to lose. If you’re going to play a sport, you’re going to want to go out there and be successful. "

Nice call. In fact none of the high school players NDSU signed for the 2021 season are on the roster. This is probably all ML’s fault and Roehls play calling

The same reason Cole Payton isn't on the roster yet

Gonna bump his thread (hopefully) before it starts freaking everyone out that he's hit the portal but good lord has this kid blossomed into a full blown star! Hope to see him back in the green and yellow next year - he's only a sophomore this year and has a chance to be one of the all-time great WRs at NDSU if he sticks around.

It takes time to learn a system. That's why he is blowing up. Leaving puts you back to square 1.

Not as much learning the system as it is learning what it takes to compete at the college level. This is why his success will continue and he won’t be restarting at square 1.
